Terms and Conditions

• "Win a K2 Skate" ("Promotion") is organised by Skateline Pte Ltd ("SPL")
• Lucky draw duration: 12 to 31 Aug 2016, inclusive.
• Any individual above 18 years in age can participate, through a webpage on www.skateline.com.sg
• The staff of SPL, and their family members are not eligible to join the draw.
• Each eligible participant "Participant" must complete the lucky draw web form, answer a lucky draw question correctly, as well as accept the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
• Each Participant may only submit one entry.
• A winner will be drawn at 5pm on 1 Sep 2016 at Skateline Pte Ltd head office at 338 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1, #01-1643, Singapore 560338.
• One winner ("Winner") will be drawn at random by an electronic or computerised system.
• The prize is 1 unit of K2 Fit 84 Pro Men's or Women's inline-skates worth $349 ("Prize"). The Prize is limited to the basic model specification and colour selection as determined by SPL. Only a total of 1 prize will be awarded for a total of 1 winner for the entire Lucky Draw.
• Winner will be contacted through email. SPL will attempt to make at least two (2) phone calls a day for three (3) consecutive working days to contact the Winner, from phone number (+65 62890021), to obtain Winner's full personal particulars for verification purposes. If Winner cannot be reached, SPL will draw and contact a subsequent winner until one is verified. The Winner will be announced on the SPL website and social media channel(s) after the Winner is verified.
• SPL reserves the right to replace the prize with another item of similar or lower value at its sole discretion.
• SPL shall be entitled to use the names and pictures/photographs of the Winner for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and may otherwise engage any or all the Participants for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as SPL deems fit. In addition, participation in the Promotion is deemed express consent to disclosure of the participant's personal particulars to any person or entity involved in organising, promoting or conducting the lucky draw for purposes of the Promotion.
• SPL has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to participate in the Promotion or receive a prize.
• SPL's decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion is final and binding on all Participants. SPL shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter concerning the Promotion, except for the notifications of the Winner.
• SPL may vary these terms and conditions, or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• Participants consent to receive marketing messages by email from SPL.
• Participants consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) ("Act") to the collection, use and disclosure of the Particpants' personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of the Promotion for the purpose of the Promotion.
