Skateline Holiday Skate Camp For Juniors
Sign your child up for Skateline's popular skate camp! Suitable for ages 5 to 13 year old. Camp caters to both total beginners and experienced skaters. Catch a glimpse of what happen in our previous Skatecamps.
What participants will learn:
- Introduction to skating
- Proper use of safety gears and inline skates
- Essential skills like balance, standing up and fall-avoidance postures
- How to skate properly, stop safely and turn effectively
- Basic park safety skating session (subject to availability)
- Managing gentle down slope (subject to availability)
- Skill assessment & fine-tuning (basic and intermediate skills on movement, stopping and turning where applicable)
- Learning new and more advanced skills
- Park safety skating session (subject to availability)
- Managing a more steep down slope (subject to availability)
- Lots of fun and games on skates!

- Taught by mature professional instructors.
- Guarantee against Wet-weather & Haze cancellations: receive Skateline vouchers worth the same value as each camp session cancelled due to rain or haze. Voucher(s) to be used for either skatecamp session or weekend lesson.

"My son attended the 3 day camp at Pasir Ris SRC on the 19th to 21st Dec 2016. The coaches were very kind and attentive to the various pace of each student. The teaching method is systematic. Fast forward one week later; below is my son skating one lap around the national stadium on 26th Dec 2016. From not being able to stand for more than 20 seconds (on skates) to the current standard, I must say I am a very proud Daddy. Due to Covid19 situation, group size is limited to 5pax. Vacancy for each camp will be smaller. Please be patient as we allocate your child (children) to the proper group.

We have Rollerblade inline skates for sale at $80 per pair and Cougar skate for $50 per pair. Terms and conditions as follow :
- Rollerblade and Cougar Junior sizing is adjustable from US junior 2-5/ EU 33-36.5/ 21 - 23cm
- There is no warranty for the item on sale. Please check the item thoroughly before making payment.
- There will be no refund and exchange.
- We accept cash terms/paynow/bank transfer. Do let us know if you are paying by paynow for further instruction.

There are also Prowell helmet for size Small and X-tra Small at $15 per piece.

In view of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus, members of the public should adopt the following precautions at all times :
- Please do temperature screening before leaving home. Stay at home if you are feeling unwell and seek medical attention promptly.
- Avoid close contact with people who are unwell or showing symptoms of illness
- Observe good personal hygiene
- Practise frequent hand washing with soap (e.g. before handling food or eating, after going to the toilet, or when hands are dirtied by respiratory secretions after coughing or sneezing
- Wear a mask if you have respiratory symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath
- Seek medical attention promptly if you are feeling unwell
- Cover your mouth with tissue paper when coughing or sneezing and dispose the soiled tissue paper in the rubbish bin immediately.

Parents are advised to purchase and bring own protection gear set (a set includes a pair of knee, elbow and wrist guards) and if possible a helmet. Decathlon is one of the place that sells the gears set.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Camp vacancy is allocated on first-come-first-serve basis by online payment.
- For participants of age range between 4 - 6 years old, parent / guardian may be asked to assist if required by instructor.
- All camp is limited to a minimum of 5 beginners skaters and/or 5 experienced skaters sign-up per camp. The management reserve the right to shift camp participants in the event of minimum sign up is not met.
- Once a camp booking is confirmed with payment, no adjustment or postponement is allowed.
- 50% of camp fee is payable in the case of cancellation by customer after payment, only if the customer has not attended any sessions
- There is strictly no refund for missed sessions.
- In case of wet weather or poor air quality, a Camp session may be cancelled for safety or health reasons at the sole discretion of Skateline.
- If any Camp session is cancelled by Skateline, a Skateline Voucher which will be issued to the participant as a replacement for the session which is not conducted. The Voucher can be used to purchase future skate camps and skate lessons.
- 1 voucher is equivalent to 1 day of skatecamp at Bishan Ang Mo Kio Park (2 hours). If student choose to use the voucher for lesson during the weekend, it will be for 1 lesson session (1 hour).
- If a participant misses a camp session due to illness (by presenting a valid medical certificate matching the date of the session missed), a Skateline Voucher will be issued to the participant as a replacement for the missed session.
- The Skateline Learn-To-Skate program booklet will not be issued.
