School Community Involvement Program 
Complete your CIP by joining SAV Youth / Juniors.

Skateline's SAV program is recognized as a community project and the hours you spend skating the park as a skate assist volunteer can be submitted to your school to meet your CIP hours. If you are interested in the program, please write and send your particulars to info@skateline.com.sg and we will update you on the next SAV training.

 

SMU Combined Skate Session 2011

This event is jointly organized by 4 universities - Singapore Management University, National University of Singapore, National Technological University and Singapore Institute of Management to enjoy the sport together and to enhance the relationship between the respective skating clubs. Our volunteers were on hand to assist the organizers in the skating clinics and urban skating around town and SMU premises.

Standard Chartered Marathon Wheelchair Race 2007-10

Our SAVs were involved as marshals in this annual event, and since 2009 when the wheelchair race segment was introduced, we played a part in escorting wheelchair athletes during their competitive race. Our role was to ensure safety between the runners and the wheelchair athletes and provide moral support and encouragement for them.

 

 SAFRA Quadthlon 2009/10

This annual event, organized by SAFRA, attracts thousands of participants and athletes to participate in swimming, inline skating, running and cycling segments. Our volunteers were very proud to be invited by SAFRA to manage the inline skating segment, directing the skaters and to provide basic first aid when necessary. 

  

  SMU Patron's Day February 2006 

Singapore Management University (SMU) celebrated its sixth birthday, 13 th February. The Patron’s Day was held at its new city campus in Bras Basah, His Excellency, President S R Nathan who is the Patron of SMU, graced the celebration.

Skateline was there to provide free inline skating clinics to SMU Students. Response was great and all that tried inline skating, signed up to be Skateline members!

 National Healthy Lifestyle Campaign 2005

Join us at the Launch of the National Healthy Lifestyle Campaign 2005 next Friday, 9th September. Guest-of-Honour for the event will be Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. With activities that includes Walk-a-Jog / Wheelathon 2005 and/or the Ultimate Corporate Challenge, you can be sure that it will be a fun-filled event not to be missed!

Team Singapore Fiesta Rallies Sports For Charity


24th July 2005, 8.30am -12noon, Bishan Park. Organised by the Singapore Sports Council (SSC)Do your part for charity while playing your favorite sport! The SSC will be involving over 20 sports associations to offer an opportunity for the masses to play sports while contributing to charity. The Team Singapore Sports Fiesta in Bishan Park, a massive sports carnival event, will include cycling, gate ball, sepak takraw and of course, inline skating. The Fiesta is part of the President's Challenge charity drive.

SkateAid May 2005
On 23 May, the roads of Marina South will be closed exclusively for skaters! Join Singapore's first real road-skate! For the first time ever, the entire carriageway (all vehicle lanes in both directions) will be reserved for skaters only from 7.30am to 9.30am. Bring all your skating friends and family for this road skate!Registrations open in May.

Pledge Your Support! Charity Bike 'N' Blade Jan 2005

Congratulations to the safe and successful return of the 40 cyclists and 16 skaters from Charity Bike and Blade. On 12 to 15 March, they made a journey of more than 400km journey from Singapore to Desaru and back. Organised by (Organised by the Saint Andrew's Mission Hospital (SAMH) and Avanade, The Charity Bike and Blade (BNB) is in support of the Saint Andrew's Mission Hospital (SAMH).
