Introducing the Powerslide Khaan. You may be forgiven for thinking the Khaan is Powerslide's answer to the super popular Rollerblade Twister.
Just like the Twister, the main feature of the Khaan is its combination of versatility with comfort. Powerslide has made it a point to make the Khaan appeal to a wider range of skaters, targeting commuters, casual skaters and urban skaters alike. It has the 'Khaan' liner, which is deliberately soft with comfort close to those found in fitness skates. The boot shape is also decidedly wider than the more technical Imperial line, which means skaters will find the Khaan's fit comparatively more relaxed than the typical freestyle skate.
At the same time, the Khaan is styled aggressively with a heavily vented and ribbed shell, so it looks at home in the city. With impressive WCD (Powerslide's own brand, Wicked Precision Bearings) ABEC 9 bearings coming stock in the wheels, these skates pack a lot of performance, and immediately out-specs many similar urban skates in the market off the bat.
We expect the Khaan to be popular with skaters who have not decided between fitness/recreation and freestyle skates, and want something in-between. If you consider yourself a casual skater with an urban edge, it will not disappoint.

The Legion is a serious upgrade to the long-serving Playlife Bronx, which has been a hardshell workhorse of Playlife for a number of years.
The Legion sports an extruded aluminum frame, which is stiffer than the frame on the Bronx, as well as allows for adjustment, unlike the rivetted frame on the Bronx. It also comes stock with a mid-foot ratchet strap, which compresses the boot more effectively than the velcro mid-foot strap on the Bronx. The Legion satisfies all the definitions of an urban/freestyle skate (slide-plate, molded boot, ratchet mid-foot strap, alu-frame with 4x80mm wheels), and is easily the most handsome hardshell skate available at an entry level price.
Forget about low priced OEM knock-offs, get legit and join the legion. We expect the Legion to be our most popular hard-boot for new skaters, period.

The Rollerblade Twister Pro is a souped up version of the very successful Twister 80. It raises the bar yet again for a comfortable and high performance urban skate.
The differences between the Twister Pro and Twister 80 are as follows:
Spec: | Twister Pro | Twister 80 |
Wheel: | Made-In-USA Rollerblade New Hydrogen 80mm/85a | Supreme 80mm/85a |
Liner: | Pro Liner | 5 Star fit |
Frame | "PRO" 7005 series Alu. 243mm | "Hot Rod" extruded Alu, 243mm |
Bearings | Twincam ILQ - 9 Classic Plus | SG7 |
All these differences makes the Twister Pro a faster, more responsive skate with a boot that grips the foot more closely. We think it looks nicer too. Think of it as the grown-up, more successful older brother or sister of the Twister 80.

Cougar is a leading manufacturer of inline-skates in China. It produces a wide spectrum of skates - from supermarket bargain skates to race-grade speed skates. It started in 1997 as a producer of roller skates, and switched to inline-skate production in 2001. Just in time for the global inline-skating market uptrend.
While other contract-manufacturers in China focused on profit by churning out containers of low-end skates for the growing world market, Cougar invested in the grassroots development of skating through. It formed clubs, organised competitions and community events. As a result, the Cougar brand has a longstanding presence in the Chinese market, and is loved as a domestic brand in China.
It is also a contract manufacturer for major world-class inline-skate brands. Coupling this capability with its experience in the price-conscious Chinese market, Cougar has succeeded in striking a balance between price and quality, allowing it to gain a share in the entry-level market in various mature inline-skating markets. It is also doing well in emerging inline-skating markets in Asia.
Skateline is delighted to present a selection of Cougar skates which will be appreciated by value-conscious skaters. Models include junior adjustable molded hardboot skates as well as adult freestyle skates.
These models are available exclusively at Skateline. See the skates.

]]>It took a while to season your skates till they feel perfect. What if you can convert them into ice skates as well?
Canadian company Inline Ice Blades has something that can do just that.
Transformer Ice Blades fit into your skates using the same axel holes that the wheels are mounted on. They fit on most inline skate frames with 72 to 84mm wheels.

To order, email info@skateline.com.sg with the subject "Transformer Ice Blades".
Refer Below for FAQs:
The products are designed to work with majority of the inline frames that are on the market. All types of the blades would work with inline frames designed for 72 mm, 76 mm, 80mm and 84mm wheels that do not have large gaps between them (up to a 1 cm). Hockey Ice Blades will work with inline frames designed for 90 mm wheels as well. Aggressive Ice blades would be the only ones that would work with aggressive frames that have a grind plate/soulplate.
All of the Inline Ice blades come pre-sharpened from the factory and can be skated on right out of the box. Having said that, for best results on ice and /or to get the correct hollow that you are used to, we would definitely recommend to sharpen the blades at your ice rink. Please make sure to take the ice blades for sharpening alone with no frames and/or boots attached, as majority of the pro-shops will not have the right stands for the inline frames.
All of the Transformer Ice blades are made out of high quality Stainless Steel, while spacers are made of aluminium.
In every package our end users would receive a pair of Transformer Ice blades and 16 spacers.
All of the parts that are required for installation of the ice blades are included in the package. The only tool that would be needed is a standard inline Axle Tool or 1/4″ / T25 Allen Key (not included). The first installation may take around 10 minutes, while the next ones will be much quicker.
1. Please remove the inline wheels off the frame by unscrewing the axles. Keep the bearings and spacers in the wheels.
2. Open the blades package and confirm that you have a pair of ice blades and 16 spacers.
3. Your ice blade has three oval and one round fastening holes. Please put two of the spacers (groves in) on both sides of the ice blade’s round fastening hole. This point is the first one to be fastened and goes into the second axle from the front of the frame. Once the blade with the spacers are aligned with the axle holes, slide in the axle and slightly tighten it down.
4. The next fastening point is going to be the third one from the frame front. Tilt slightly the ice blade and slide in two spacers on both sides. Align the holes and slide in the axle.
5. Front and Back fastening points can be fastened with no importance to the order in the same way like the previous ones.
6. Once all of the axles are in place, please tighten them down completely. Do not over force in order not to damage the thread. Continue with the same process on the other ice blade and you are all set!
To remove the ice blades, please loosen and remove all of the axles in no particular order and slide down the ice blade with the spacers. Please note that the spacers will become loose and would fall off, so please make sure that it’s done above a flat surface with no voids or gaps. Please wipe out any moisture off the ice blades before storing them.

Gform protective gear uses a mix of special materials and proprietary technology in polymer chemistry to make their protective gear soft and flexible when worn, but turn instantly hard and protective during impact.
]]>Some things never change. Like helmets and protective gear. They have hard shells on the outside for the asphalt and soft, cushy insides for your skull or your knee cap. Colors and shapes may have changed but not very much else.
So imagine our surprise when Gform introduced their range of soft protective pads that harden on impact.
Gform protective gear uses a mix of special materials and proprietary technology in polymer chemistry to make their protective gear soft and flexible when worn, but turn instantly hard and protective during impact. The science is beyond us but see the videos to believe it.
The special material allows Gform to make gear that are thin, light and flexible. They feel like leg and arm warmers more than protective pads. The flex and stretch means the gear hinders movement less than traditional gear.
This is welcome news for the thousands of skaters who practice unprotected skating only because they don't like to strap on chunky, restrictive and sweat inducing gear.
For the style conscious, there is the added benefit of being able to wear Gform gear under jeans, baggy pants or shorts.
We handed out some Gform gear for our instructors who wear protective gear hours at a time to test. No one has returned them yet, and that says something.
As with all things, the test is in the trying. Visit our stores to pull on these revolutionary gear. See for yourself if they are fad or fab. Or see the collection in our catalog.
]]>The Powerslide Imperial Pro is the Imperial on steroids. See how it is better than the original.
]]>The Powerslide Imperial family is in. All members, from the original Imperial (Black) to the large wheel Imperial Cruiser, and even the Imperial Junior are now available.
The hero in the family is undoubtedly the long awaited Powerslide Imperial Pro. It is the Imperial on steroids.
Powerslide launched the highly successful Imperial in 2013, and it quickly captured market share from established freestyle boot models. It was the first hardshell freestyle boot to be completely designed from scratch in a number of years. The shell was very clearly more sophisticated than other models in its class, making the Imperial the flagship freestyle hardboot for Powerslide.
The Pro model is built on the proven success of the original, and now adds many high end features.
